Anglian’s Water

On a typical day Anglian Water supplies 1,118 million litres of water, treated at over 138 water treatment works and supplied through more than 36,000 kilometres of water mains. Anglian Water’s ‘Raw’ water supplies in the region come from:

Reservoirs nearly 50%
Seven major underground sources (aquifers) via more than 450 bore holes, about 45%

Anglian Water covers an area of 27,500 square kilometres between the estuaries of the River Humber and the River Thames and provides water and wastewater services to more than five million customers.
