
Dehydration is what happens when our bodies need more water.
One of the first signs can be HUNGER so have a drink first before having something to eat. Another sign is TIREDNESS so if you’re feeling sleepy, have a drink. If you have a HEADACHE the chances are you are dehydrated.
Sometimes dehydration can make us feel:
IRRITABLE and BAD TEMPERED. Try drinking
some water during these moods and you
should fee better.
DARK SMELLY WEE – wee is one of your body’s
water products. Water helps your body dilute this
waste. If your wee is dark and smelly, then you
need to drink more water.
If you are THIRSTY you are already
dehydrated. Thirst is one of the last
symptoms of dehydration!
